Terms & payments

Use 3HitRock lawfully and respect other people. Do not post harmful, deceptive or infringing material. AI answers can be inaccurate; generated images may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

Credits and subscriptions

One-time packs add the credits shown at checkout. Monthly subscriptions charge the displayed price each month and add the stated credits after each successful payment. Cancel future renewals through Plans → Manage billing. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. Limits shown in AI Studio and overall service capacity apply. No unlimited generation is promised.

Failed requests and refunds

Failed AI requests normally return the deducted credits. If a connection fails after generation, contact support with your account ID and approximate time. For purchase issues or refund requests, send a private message through Community. Refund eligibility is reviewed individually and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Refunded or disputed purchases may pause paid use pending review.

Your privacy

Your profile name, photo and public posts are visible to others. Private feedback is accessible only to you and the authorized team. AI prompts are sent to the selected OpenAI or Google tool. Reference images and image-generation requests go to Google. Any enabled fallback provider is disclosed in AI Studio. We do not save prompt or output content in our application database. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we store account identifiers, credit balances and transaction records. See Privacy.
